Comply with company safety policies and procedures.Deliver vehicle to carwash area when repairs are completed.Road-test vehicles to ensure quality work as needed.Keep aware of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.Maintain an inventory of normal technician's tools not normally inventoried by the service department as special tools.Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repairs, if authorized by the customer.Communicate with parts department and service advisors regularly to effectively manage production and Customer communication.Keep shop clean such as – empty trash, sweep and mop floors, empty used oil containers.Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s perspective comes first.Follow company safety procedures- avoid exposure to fumes, dirt, and harsh chemicals.Balance and rotate tires per repair order, torque every lug bolt.
